1, sea bottom valve

Subsea valve, also known as emergency shut-off valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank and is used for down loading and refueling. It is easy to operate, saves time, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
Pressure balanced subsea valves are used for multi-tank tank trucks, which allow separate loading and unloading of different tanks. The three-way design simplifies the piping, reduces the load, and is simple to operate, safe and reliable.
Pneumatic shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tanker tank and can be used for bottom loading and refueling. The internal pressure of the valve is small and the flow rate is large. The valve flange has a cutting groove on the flange side. When the oil tank accident occurs, the broken groove is unable to bear. Excessive momentum will automatically disconnect the body piping and can body, while the automatic centering plunger and durable spring will remain sealed and the tank medium will not leak, thus ensuring the safety of the oil tank. When there is no air or other reason to open, you can open the cylinder piston rod and open it manually.


2, oil and gas recovery valve

The oil and gas recovery valve is a device that recovers the oil and gas generated during the loading and unloading of oil. It can be installed directly on the top tank of the tanker or on the manhole cover. It can pass through a push rod and the bottom of the tank. The valve realizes mechanical linkage opening, and it can also be controlled by the air source to open and close it.
The oil and gas recovery valve can recover all the oil and gas produced by the oil evaporation during loading and unloading into the oil tank in the reservoir area, avoid oil and gas leakage, and condense and reuse oil and gas through other oil and gas recovery devices, thus achieving the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.

3, oil and gas recovery joints

The oil and gas recovery system of the oil station consists of fire-resisting breathing valve, pipeline flame arrestor, three-way float valve, oil and gas recovery joint, and oil and gas recovery quick connector. It forms a closed circulatory system with the tanker oil and gas recovery system and effectively refuels at the oil station. The recovery and reuse of oil and gas generated in the process avoids the proliferation of oil and gas.

4, under the valve

The bottom valve, also known as the unloading valve, is installed below the side of the tanker for quick unloading. The front-end interface complies with U.S. API Rp1004, which is convenient for connecting with the unloading hose. Hydrodynamics designed the internal structure to minimize internal pressures at high flow rates. The outlet adopts a flat bottom structure and there is no oil leakage when the joint is disassembled, which is safe and reliable. The quick-discharge hose connector is designed with an angle of 70 degrees to facilitate the connection of the hose and effectively increase the service life of the hose.

5, anti-overflow probe

Uses: Anti-flooding electronic sensors are widely used in a variety of container tanks in the closed liquid filling, in order to prevent the overflow of the liquid spill warning and a safety device, it is installed in the top of the container tank cover, when the oil When the alarm limit is reached, the sensor will alarm automatically.

6, European standard cans cover

Also called the manhole cover, it is installed on the top of the oil tank and has built-in breathing and emergency exhaust functions. The manhole cover can be equipped with oil and gas recovery valves, oil holes, anti-overflow probes, etc. In the process of loading oil, when the liquid level reaches the detection position, the sensing system will automatically alarm to stop the loading of oil. The built-in breathing valve keeps the internal pressure of the oil tank stable during the oil transportation and balances with the external pressure. The design of the dumping overflow prevents the tank truck from being sealed in the event of an accident and the pressure of the emergency exhaust device in the tank. In the case of a sharp increase, it will be automatically opened to release the pressure inside the tank, thereby preventing accidents and greatly improving the safety of oil transport.

â—† Breathing function When the pressure in the tank is higher than the external pressure of 6~8KPa or lower than the external pressure of 2~3KPa, the breathing valve will automatically open, allowing the gas inside and outside the tank to penetrate, which can reduce the pressure difference between inside and outside, and play a safety protection effect. When the difference between the internal pressure of the tank and the external pressure is -2~6KPa, the breathing valve is in the closed state, so that the proper pressure is maintained in the tank so as to avoid waste of the volatile oil.
â—† Dumping and spill prevention In the event of an accident, when the tanker dumps, the overflow relief block in the breathing valve automatically seals the passage to prevent danger due to oil leakage.
â—† Emergency Ventilation When the tanker accident occurs in a high-temperature environment, the pressure in the tank can be effectively released to prevent the tank accident. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the external pressure of 21~32KPa, the emergency exhaust device starts to work, and its maximum displacement reaches 7000m3/h, which can effectively prevent the accident of the tank.
