Recently, the Southwest Petroleum Bureau Oil and Gas Testing Center successfully carried out a pressure replacement of the gas wellhead gate valve in the Chuanhe No. 127 well and relieved the obstruction of the calcium material in the well by conventional acidification. The Nissan natural gas reached 56,000 cubic meters and the old well was rebuilt successfully. Chuanhe 127 well is located in Panjiang Town, Luojiang County, the banks of the Kai River, Hexing field structure is an old well. Prior to this, the well after secondary workover of natural gas unobstructed flow is more than 10,000 cubic meters per day. During the shut-in process, the leakage of the main tree valve of the tree is a potential safety hazard. If the tree gate valve is to be replaced according to the traditional practice, it is necessary to first stabilize the well with well pressure and then replace the tree gate valve. The successful application of pressure-changing wellhead gate valve technology in Well Chuanhe 127 not only saves a lot of money, but also does not cause any pollution damage to the production layer and well protects the production layer.
