3. Cationic reverse flotation
The magnetic separation iron ore concentrate contains a small amount of silica . It can be floated with primary and amine amines (0.3-0.5kg/t), and iron and minerals with starch and dextrin (0.5-0.7kg/t). PH10～ 10.5 (also 8 to 9). The advantage is that the mother liquor needs to be delimed in advance. It can be coarsely ground and has a high recovery rate, because in this case, several kinds of iron minerals can be floated differently without affecting the recovery rate. In order to eliminate the co-flocculation of iron oxide and quartz, it is possible to add an alcohol or a dodecyl sulfate.
4. Load flotation
In some fine grain low grade ore or iron ore tailings flotation, coarse iron minerals are also used as carriers to increase the flotation rate and recovery rate of fine particles.
5. Select flocculation - (reverse) flotation iron
After the first use NaSiO 3 or NaOH (NaPO 3) 6 finely ground (e.g. -37μ) dispersion of mineral particles, then adding starch or iron minerals selected humic acid flocculation, removal of fine mud, using any of the above The reverse flotation method is reverse flotation, and the iron concentrate is obtained from the bottom of the tank.
