China's natural rubber import tariff unchanged in 2012

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has issued a notice a few days ago to make arrangements for the 2012 tariff implementation plan. The notice pointed out that since January 1, next year, China's import and export tariffs will be partially adjusted, but the natural rubber import tariffs that are widely concerned by the industry remain unchanged, and the tariff rates are the same as those for 2010. All three products have the same adjusted tax rates as in 2010.
