October 16, 2013 - WABCO , the world's leading commercial vehicle technology leader and tier one supplier, announced that WABCO has further expanded its relationship with the Mercedes-Benz Brazilian company, which is the largest in South America One of the manufacturers of commercial vehicles. WABCO will be the exclusive supplier to Mercedes-Benz Brazil to provide air handling technology for its complete range of mid- and heavy-duty truck platform braking systems. Mass production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2014.
This long-term agreement represents the new business between WABCO and Mercedes-Benz Brazil. It involves highly reliable air handling technology that protects the braking system and enhances vehicle safety. The WABCO plant in Sumare, Brazil, will be responsible for providing related technology to Mercedes-Benz Brazil.

WABCO provides Mercedes-Benz Brazil with regular and advanced air compression, braking, suspension and automatic transmission control to support the truck and bus production operations of its two plants. The two plants are located in Sao Bernardo Do Campo, the largest commercial vehicle factory outside Mercedes-Benz in Germany, and Juiz de Fora.
Mercedes-Benz Brazil is the South American subsidiary of Daimler AG and the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in Latin America.
In South America, WABCO is a market leader in ABS, electronic stability control (ESC), conventional braking systems, air management systems, automatic transmission control, and other safety and efficiency technologies. 1.Working process Of waste plastic Pyrolysis Plant:
First, the raw materials are put into the reactor, and then seal the feeding in door, later start the machine and the reactor will be rotating and heated by coal, natural gas, wood or electricity. When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil, the oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 350-460 C; oil steam will flow through oil gas separator, light component will enter the condensers and meanwhile the heavy oil will be discharged automatically into in heavy oil tank. The liquefied part will be condensed as crude oil, and the part which cannot be liquefied will be transferred by the water seal back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating material.
