Tritech's new FPSO anchor and standpipe monitoring system

Tritech Group has developed a floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) real-time integrity monitoring anchor, tether and standpipe monitoring system (RAMS). The anchor rope, tether and standpipe monitoring system is a 360 degree standpipe and anchor chain monitoring system for real-time monitoring of floating production storage and offloading tankers with a sonar probe.

The anchor rope, tether and standpipe monitoring system have been extensively tested, and the system accuracy shows that the deployment accuracy of the floating production storage and offloading vessel can be improved by 100%.

The anchor rope, tether and standpipe monitoring system will be installed in the center of the riser and anchor chain below the turntable of a floating production storage and offloading vessel. With its multi-beam sonar array, the mooring line, tether and standpipe monitoring system can simultaneously update all anchor rope conditions in real time through continuous recording and data output.
