Unit start, run and stop
First, start
1. pump group for suction occasion, that is, when the import is negative pressure, the pipeline should be filled with water or water pump, the water filled the pump and the inlet pipe, pay attention to the import pipeline must be sealed, there must be no Leakage exists. 2. Rotate the rotor several turns by hand to lubricate the bearing and check whether the impeller and the seal ring in the pump are rubbing against each other. If the rotor does not move, it should not be started until the cause of the fault is found.
3. Close the gate valve and pressure gauge cock on the outlet tube to reduce the starting current.
4. Start the test, the motor should be turned and the arrow on the pump point to the same, open the meter cock.
5. When the rotor reaches normal operation, the pressure gauge shows pressure, gradually open the outlet gate valve, adjust to the desired conditions.
Second, work
1. Pumps in operation, we must observe the instrument readings, try to make the pump in the nameplate flow near the head work to prevent large-flow operation.
2. Regularly check the motor current value should not exceed the rated current.
3. Pump bearing temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃, and shall not exceed the outside temperature of 35 ℃.
4. The pump pack should be loosened at the beginning of operation Gland, when the expansion of graphite or filler is fully expanded and then adjusted to the appropriate level.
5. Wear parts too large wear and tear should be promptly replaced.

Third, downtime
1. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipe and close the vacuum gauge cock.
