In the fourth quarter of 2011, TRW sales reached US$4 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7%. According to the GAAP calculation, the diluted net profit per share for the fourth quarter of TRW is US$3.27. If certain special items are excluded, The diluted net profit per share for the fourth quarter was $1.84; the free cash flow in the fourth quarter was $341 million.
The total sales of TRW for 2011 were 16.2 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 13%; according to the GAAP GAAP calculation, the diluted net profit per share for 2011 was 8.82 U.S. dollars, excluding some special items. Diluted net profit was $7.42; free cash flow for the year was $549 million.
TRW expects sales in the first quarter of 2012 to reach US$4.1 billion. In 2012, sales were US$16 billion to US$16.4 billion.
