3. Use a wrench to separate the liquid chamber from the pump intermediate. Remove the liquid chamber to see the diaphragm and diaphragm clamp.

4. Use tools or wrenches to fix the left and right edges of the diaphragm clamp to separate the diaphragm assembly from the intermediate body. Then turn clockwise to loosen the diaphragm assembly. After removing the diaphragm from the clamp, remove the shaft from the intermediate body.

5. Use a clamp (padded wood) to separate the shaft from the diaphragm unit and check shaft, clamp, diaphragm for damage and corrosion.

6. Install from step 5 to step 1

Pneumatic diaphragm pump action, but the flow is small or no liquid out:

1. Check the cavitation of the pump to reduce the speed of the pump to allow liquid to enter the chamber.

2. Check if the valve ball is stuck. If the operating fluid is incompatible with the pump elastomer, the elastomer will swell. Please replace the appropriate material elastomer.

3. Check the pump inlet connector is completely tight leak, especially near the entrance of the valve ball to be locked.

Pump air valve frozen:

Check the compressed air moisture content is too high, the installation of air-drying equipment

Pump outlet bubble generation:

Check the diaphragm is broken, check the clamp is locked, especially the inlet pipe clamp.

The product flows out of the air vent:

Pump Removal and Reassembly Guide:

No action or slow pump operation:

3. Check air valve for wear and tear, replace new parts if necessary.

4. Check the center of the seal parts condition, if severely worn, you can not achieve the sealing effect, and the air will be discharged from the air outlet. Due to its special construction, use only GLYD circles.

5. Check the air valve piston activity is normal.

6. Check the type of lubricant. If the added lubricant is above the recommended viscosity, the piston may get stuck or malfunction. Recommend the use of thin and antifreeze lubricants.
