According to reports, from the perspective of ensuring smooth operation of crude oil in western pipelines and petroleum safety considerations, PetroChina decided to build three 100,000 cubic meter floating roof tanks and two 150,000 cubic meter double tank floating roof tanks at the Lanzhou crude oil terminal station. The 150,000 cubic meters of oil tanks are 24 meters high, 93 meters in diameter and 2,847 tons in total weight. The main welds (can bottom, tank wall) are more than 6,000 meters. They are the most critical projects in the western pipeline project. Its completion refreshed PetroChina's record of individual tank capacity. It is understood that the construction of 150,000 cubic meters of storage tanks in Lanzhou has attracted considerable attention both inside and outside the industry. The pipeline builders completed the main installation of the tanks in just over 60 days, making this project a classical project for the western pipeline, and also for the future. The foundation for the standardized construction of super large tanks has been laid.
1. Introduction of Waste Oil Distillation Plant
Vacuum Pressure Distillation,is the new technology which can refine the tire oil , plastic oil , waste engine oil, sludge, motor oil and so on into base oil(which can be made into diesel and gasoline after processed by our catalyst). The oil quality is better than the original normal pressure distillation technology, which show on purity ,transparence, lightness .this technology will do deodorization and destinke process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" vacuum pressure distillation method. With the vacuum distillation technology, the distillation temperature is considerably reduced, and the oil output will higher 5%-10% compared with original normal pressure distillation technology. It makes more profits to the enterprise virtually.
