Currently, there is not one well in the 7 pickled wells that has opened a good head for the 2007 submersible pump well management.
Electric submersible pump oil production is one of the main ways to produce crude oil in the Wenmi oilfield in recent years. But the electric submersible pump fouling has a greater impact on the production of crude oil, pickling pump to solve the problem of fouling to extend the maintenance-free period. The traditional solution is to replace the acid to the wellbore, turn off the reaction half an hour after the start, easy to form a current lead to cable or motor burn, wellhead failure rate higher. In order to reduce the trouble, extend the exemption period, reduce the influence of production and save the cost, after many research and discussion, the engineers and technicians of Wenmi Oil Production Plant have reformed the ground processing pipeline, implemented the non-stop well pickling process, squeezed acid into the wellbore , The wellhead to install the filter connected with the tubing and casing, the output fluid filtered, circulating into the oil ring, so that the unit pump and tubing wall scale fully reacted with the acid, and so on to restore normal flow, the acid . The technology was successfully implemented on December 20, 2006 in Wensi 1-53 and achieved good results in the subsequent six pickling tests. The successful test of this technology will greatly reduce the failure rate of electric pump wells, save money, improve the operation rate of oil wells and provide strong support for the stable production of oil and gas in the Wenmi Oil Production Plant.
