Daqing Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. polymer plant acrylamide plant relying on management and technology two levers, energy saving and emission reduction work has achieved remarkable results.
The acrylamide plant has established an energy saving and emission reduction working group, formulated a long-term plan for energy saving and emission reduction in workshops and a work plan for 2008, and incorporated the energy saving and emission reduction work requirements and standards into the "Acrylamide workshop evaluation rules." According to changes in the climate, the workshop changed steam heating to plumbing, and adjusted the amount of recycled water in time according to production conditions.
The acrylamide plant workshop strengthens daily production management. Under the premise of guaranteeing production, the team employees are required to minimize fresh water, desalinated water and steam, and link the accounting and bonuses of the team and mobilize the energy saving and emission reduction enthusiasm of the team employees; Implemented to the team and rewarded the employees for their proposal of “energy saving and emission reductionâ€.
The workshop has also implemented a number of minor renovations to retrofit the previously used seal water for direct drainage to other pump bodies; add hot lines to the fresh water lines outside the facility and prevent blind discharge of fresh water in winter. Annual savings of 15,500 tons of fresh water, reduce 200 tons of wastewater discharge each month.
