The first phase of comprehensive utilization of phosphorus resources in Yichang mainly includes annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of sulfuric acid project, 300,000 tons of phosphoric acid project, 600,000 tons of ammonium phosphate project and 2 million tons of ore beneficiation and other projects. Construction started in August 2010 and has officially entered the product In the pilot production phase, a total of nearly 2 billion yuan of investment was completed, and all of them reached production and efficiency. It is expected that the annual sales revenue will be 2.6 billion yuan.
The total investment of phosphorus ore resources associated with phosphorus ore resources recycling project planning is over 1 billion yuan. It mainly builds 3 sets of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride with an annual output of 20,000 tons, 3 sets of 50 tons of crude iodine per year and 3 sets of white carbon with an annual output of 10,000 tons. Black, three sets of annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of ammonium fluoride production equipment and downstream fluorine chemical products. Among them, the first phase of the project plans to invest 250 million yuan to build a set of 20,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 50 tons of crude iodine recovery device, which is scheduled to be completed and put into production in July 2013.
The total investment of the wet phosphoric acid refining project is planned to be 2 billion yuan, of which the first phase of the planned investment is 1 billion yuan, and a set of phosphoric acid refining production lines with an annual output of 100,000 tons will be built. It is planned to be completed and put into production by January 31, 2014.
