The waste tires that cannot be remanufactured during the tire renewal process should be recycled and reused by a qualified waste rubber comprehensive utilization enterprise. The energy consumption of tire retreading is limited to: the total energy consumption of pre-vulcanized retreaded tires is less than 15 kWh/standard bar; the overall energy consumption of compacted retreaded tires is less than 18 kWh/standard bar.
