SMEs share large scientific instruments

As of March of this year, the city's large-scale scientific instrument collaboration service platform has entered 2573 large-scale scientific instruments (sets) of scientific instruments. The original value of equipment was 1.89 billion yuan, and more than 2,000 technology-based SMEs have benefited from the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments.

The large scientific instrument collaboration service platform in our city was formally completed and put into operation in 2009. The platform can provide services for more than 560 research institutions in Qingdao, more than 2,000 innovative companies, government departments, and the general public. Over the past six years, the concept of "co-construction, sharing, and sharing" of instrument platforms has gradually gained social recognition, and the scale of resources has continued to expand. The number of instruments entering the network and the number of users have increased by more than 20% every year. At present, there are 80 units of instrument platform service providers to join, which basically cover the universities, research institutes and major testing institutions in the city, and some large enterprises have also joined the ranks of instrument sharing.

As of March of this year, 2573 large-scale scientific instruments (sets) have been deployed in the city. The original value of the equipment was 1.89 billion yuan, and 731 items of inspection service items were involved, covering 13 instrument categories and 21 application fields, covering electronic information, marine and chemical industries. More than 20 industries including biology and machinery employ 105 experts. From 2010 to 2013, a total of 11,676 applications for instrument sharing service subsidies were accepted, and the amount of analysis and test contracts was 110 million yuan, and cumulative subsidies for subsidies were 6,053.3 thousand yuan. More and more scientific research institutions, business units, etc. have sought scientific and technological resources through the instrument platform. There are more than 2,000 SMEs that use instrument platform equipment all year round.
