7.5.2 Startup steps:
a. Press the start button, after the equipment is running normally, quickly open the suction valve, check whether it is sizing after running, if it is not sizing, restart according to the above driving sequence.
b. Adjust the speed of the fluid coupling in time, from low speed to high speed until the liquid level can be controlled to the desired position.
7.5.3 Inspection and precautions for equipment in operation:
a. Check whether the pump pressure is normal 1.1-1.2MPa. No water breakage is allowed during operation. The 6-point valve at the end of the main water pipeline must be in the normally open position to ensure normal exhaust.
b. The temperature of the fluid coupling inlet should not exceed 50 degrees. Always check whether the oil level is at the specified oil level. The motor bearing temperature must not exceed 60 degrees.
