6) Maintenance and operation personnel must be familiar with the factory's primary and secondary systems, and comply with relevant regulations, specifications, and equipment operating instructions;
7) The synchronization table pointer is not allowed to close when the zero position does not move or when the pointer is already at zero position. Until the generator is not incorporated into the system, it is only temporary when the system reaches the same period, and the synchronization table is stopped at zero position, which may be due to a broken wire inside the meter or other reasons, and may not be closed;
8) When the synchronous table of the high-pressure nuclear phase meter points to the zero position and moves too fast, it indicates that the frequency of the generator to be set and the system is much different. It is not easy to grasp the closing operation time of the circuit breaker, and it is easy to cause non-synchronized period, so it is not allowed to close.
9) When the synchronization table pointer has a zero-crossing instability and there is a bouncing phenomenon, it may be because the internal contacts of the synchronous relay have a stuck phenomenon, so they are not allowed to close.
