Since then, Ms. Zou has been unable to wait for the other person's text message or phone call. When she calls the “ticket booking hotline” again, she hears a voice prompt “You do not have permission to call this number.” Ms. Zou realized that she had been cheated and only got a report from the liberation police station of Dinghai District Public Security Bureau of Zhoushan City Public Security Bureau.
