If the output voltage is too high, it may cause catastrophic accidents to the electrical equipment. To prevent such occurrences, this series of high-frequency modules is equipped with an over-voltage protection circuit. When overvoltage occurs, the module is automatically locked, and the corresponding module fault indicator lights up. The module automatically exits the work without affecting the normal operation of the entire system. Overvoltage protection point is generally set to 313V ± 2V (220V), overvoltage alarm point software can be set.

The maximum output current of the module is limited to 1.05 times of the rated output current (can be set) and the constant current and voltage limiting work mode.

When the output is short-circuited, the module will pull the output voltage down to almost zero and limit the short-circuit current below the current limit point. At this time, the output power of the module is very small to achieve the purpose of protecting the module. The module can work in the short-circuit state for a long time and will not be damaged. After the fault is rectified, the module can automatically resume operation.

Each charger has a diode parallel protection circuit inside, which absolutely guarantees that the fault module will automatically exit the system without affecting the operation of other normal modules. The charger can be connected directly at the output.

There are two fan start-up functions, when the output current is greater than 25% or 30% of the rated value, or when the internal temperature of the charger is higher than 60oc, the charger will start a powerful fan.

â—† Over temperature protection:

If the ambient temperature is too high, the fan stalls, and other circumstances, the charger detects the heat sink temperature exceeds 85oc, it will automatically shut down protection, the temperature dropped to 76oc when the charger starts automatically.
