2. Limit adjustment: If the brake lever is not horizontal or vertical, push the horizontal magnet or vertical magnet to adjust the limit position. Note: Do not remove the magnet from the rotary magnetic pole. The correct magnetic pole acts on the Hall sensor. Its output (open collector type) and ground conduction make the HOR or VER terminal on the PCB change from high level to low level, 'Horizontal' or 'Vertical' ( Vertical) 'LED lights up; incorrect poles will not react.

4. Solid state relay: When the solid state relay drive indicator 'Motor' is lit, no 220V AC voltage output is provided on the motor terminal, and the motor does not rotate. It proves that the solid state relay is not conducting, and that the PCB board has been replaced due to damage; or the motor terminal block There is a 220V DC voltage output. The motor vibrates but does not rotate. It proves that the solid state relay is only turned on for half a week, and the PCB has been damaged due to damage.

5. Fuse: The fuse on the PCB is 220V2A. After the fuse is blown, the fuse with the same specification should be replaced. Repeated melting should find out the reason. If a high-power channel traffic light is connected, replace the corresponding current fuse.

6, project wiring: power cord please use 3 core 1.5mm2 or more power lines, and ensure good grounding. Control lines and communication lines should use 0.3mm2 or more shielded wires, and the shielding layer should be well grounded according to the figure to improve anti-lightning and anti-interference performance.

7. Running capacitance: Under the normal condition of the PCB control board, 220V AC voltage output will be provided on the motor terminal block when the gate is activated. The motor will send a humming current sound but it will not rotate or rotate, even if there is no belt idle. This is also the case. This may be a failure of the running capacitor to be replaced.

8. Control circuit: If the control panel of the channel gate machine shows the wiring diagram of the main control board of the channel gate, the 'Run' indicator on the PCB board should be lit under the condition of ensuring the power supply, and the 'up' on the PCB is operated. 'Down', 'Stop' button, 'Up', 'Down' and 'Stop' lights should be illuminated, and the channel gates should act accordingly. The solid state relay drive indicator 'Motor' shall be lit when the channel gate is lifted, and the 'Motor' and commutation relay's drive indicator 'Relay' shall be lit at the same time when the gate brake is actuated. (The weaker 'Relay'), the commutation relay should have a pull-in action. During the lifting process, the PCB board receives the in-position signal of the Hall sensor and ends the operation. If the corresponding in-position signal is not received within 6 seconds, the CPU will automatically protect the motor and end the operation. When the CPU program fails, the 'Run' light flashes at a frequency of about 1 Hz. If the 'Reset' button does not return to normal, the CPU or PCB must be replaced.
