  1. Observe the foam

(1) Virtual and real: Reflects the degree of mineralization on the surface of the bubble, that is, how much mineral particles are attached to the surface of the bubble. The mineral particles attached to the surface of the bubble are called "real", which means solid. The mineral particles attached to the surface of the bubble are few and thin, called "virtual", which means "empty".

(2) Large and small: a disk of sulphide ore flotation, bubbles of 8 ~ 10 cm in diameter can be regarded as large bubbles; 3 ~ 5 cm of bubbles can be regarded as bubbles; 1 ~ 2 cm or more of bubbles can be seen Make a small bubble.

(3) Color: The color is determined by the color of the mineral grain and the color of the water film attached to the surface of the bubble. When the lead is floated, the lead color of the foam is floated, the flotation of the lead-lead is lead gray, and the tailings foam is selected. For the color of the white water film, the darker the color of the floating mineral in the selected area, the better the quality of the concentrate.

(4) Gloss: The gloss of the foam is determined by the gloss of the attached mineral and the gloss of the water film. The rough selection of flotation sulfide minerals, the mineralization of the foam in the selected area is good, and the goldiness and gloss are strong. The mineralization of the foam in the sweeping area is poor, showing the glass luster of the water film.

(5) Contour: The foam stays on the surface of the slurry for a long time, the mineral water flow is large, and after the bubble wall is dry and defective, the bubble outline is blurred, and the selected area of ​​the flotation is often the foam. The floating minerals are numerous and miscellaneous, and the foam outline is also blurred.

(6) Thickness and thinness: The thickness of the foam layer is mainly related to the amount of foaming agent and the degree of bubble mineralization. There are many foaming agents, high ore grade, high concentration and good mineralization. The foam layer is generally thicker. On the contrary, it is thinner.

(7) Brittleness and viscosity: The foam is too brittle, has poor stability, is easily broken, and sometimes cannot be scraped. The viscosity of the bubble is too large, the foam is too stable, and there will be a "running groove".

(8) Sound: When the foam is scraped into the foam tank by the scraper, it will emit a “sand” sound, which is often characterized by a large amount of foam and a coarse particle size.

2, wash products
