No current output:

1. The excitation coil does not generate electricity or the excitation coil rectifier bridge burns out. Measure the voltage across the brush (DC18V).

2. Burnout of the power coil or carbon wear is not in contact. Replacement processing.

Low output voltage:

1, welding, power conversion switch did not fit in place. Adjust the switch cable.

2, the frequency is too low. Adjust the speed control bolt of throttle operation handle and adjust the frequency to 53-53.5Hz.

Low welding current:

1. The gasoline engine's power is reduced or the speed is decreased. Observe that the gasoline engine shakes when welding.

2. The diode of the rectifier bridge is burned out. Check that the diode of the rectifier bridge has scorch marks.

3, control panel burn rectifier or current regulator damage, check and repair.
