DY type of multi-stage pumps are used for transmission of  non-solid oily liquid and petroleum product with
temperature range of -20ºC~105ºC.
Wet parts are cast iron,stainless steel or as required.

New Structure:
This kind of pumps have a symmetrical arrangement of rotor impellers into two opposite groups that make the positive and negative axial thrust offset each other during the operation. So it doesn't need a set of wearing parts balancing system as the traditional structure of multi-stage pump.
High Efficiency:
Because of adopting advanced hydraulics structure, self balancing multi-stage pump is high efficiency and energy saving. The alignment of the impeller center and the matching diffuser center is not stable for traditional multi-stage pump because of balancing disk wear-out and axial motion which makes rotor efficiency significantly decline, while the alignment of centers for self-balancing multi-stage pump is always the best which will keep the pump efficiency. Without the leakage of the equilibrium water, the loss of the volume is reduced, thus the operation efficiency of the pump is improved, and the shaft power is reduced which makes the average pump efficiency 2% -3% higher than the traditional multi-stage pump.
High Stability:
Through optimal collocation of symmetric impeller and diffuser, and a reasonable fit clearance and wide axial throttle design, the self balancing multi-stage pump can maintain its high stability and high efficiency after running for a long time.
Reliability of Mechanical Seal:
Self-balancing multi-stage pump nearly has no influence to the mechanical seal because of no axial pulsation of the rotor and rotor parts during the pump starts and stops. This feature overcomes the problem of the unreliability of the Mechanical seal.
Convenient Maintenance:
With rapid assembly and disassembly design, self balancing multi-stage pump allows to replacing the seal packing and bearing while no need to disassemble the suction casing and discharge casing of the pump body which surely saves the overhaul and inspection time.
Low maintenance rate:
Reduce the vulnerable parts, extend the product life, thus reduce maintenance times and costs.
