1. After the main ventilator resumes power supply operation, the dispatching room shall inform the power supply team to send power to the power distribution room. And inform the underground units to prepare for work.
2. After the main fan returns to normal ventilation, the ventilation area monitoring personnel, the power supply team personnel, and the repairing plant personnel supply power to each working surface. The gas inspector checks the gas concentration of each mining and excavation face, and assists the on-site class (group) to carry out the restoration of ventilation and the treatment of gas, in the order of returning the working face after restoring the local ventilation face.

6. 7. The gas concentration of the working face is more than 1%. The positive eye (middle eye) damper can be used to control the air volume of the face, and the working face gas is gradually excluded; the upper corner is treated with the wind account.
8. If the gas concentration exceeds 1% in other locations, according to the volume, use the wind account or install the fan, and use the "small processing" method.
9. If the concentration of the gas is more than 3%, the gas crew must evacuate the personnel, lay the fence, reveal the warning signs, report the area, and dispatch the mine, and the rescue team will handle it.
10. When the working face and the working face with gas concentration exceeding 3% are restored, after the ventilation is restored, all the switch covers must be opened for the electromechanical maintenance to eliminate the gas that may accumulate inside, and the power supply can be restored only after confirming that there is no problem.
