The team also jointly developed ultra-high resolution gas molecular infrared spectroscopy database and near-infrared chemometrics algorithm software with the University of Science and Technology of China and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In the fields of meteorological detection, environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical process analysis, and drug rapid inspection, practical applications have been carried out and good results have been achieved. China Saibao Laboratory conducted performance tests, environmental adaptability tests and reliability tests (MTBF ≥ 12000h) on all prototypes, and all test items were passed at one time.
In the implementation of the project, the research team started from the key technologies of high-performance interferometers, and broke through the key bottlenecks in China's Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology. It not only broke the foreign monopoly in the civilian field, but also emerged in the development of model tasks. The acceptance expert group listened to the project completion report made by the project leader Qian Jiang, conducted remote connection of multiple sites and multiple instruments, conducted on-site testing and inspection, and reviewed related materials.
