The yellow galvanized layer begins to lose its good anti-corrosion protection when the temperature rises to 80~90°C, but the surface of the anti-corrosion coating containing no hexavalent chromium will not have this kind of condition, and on the contrary, when the temperature When the temperature exceeds 100°C, the anticorrosive effect of the hexavalent chromium-free protective layer will increase. This shows that MHA-Protect-Cr6-frei technology is not only very environmentally friendly, but its market prospects are also very optimistic.

MHA's integration of globe valves and ball changeover valves allows installation of integrated manifold blocks to be significantly less expensive than installation of conventional piping systems. At the same time, the number of leaks in the valve and the space occupied by the filter are significantly reduced. In order to meet the safety of offshore operations, MHA also specially designed and developed a fire-safe series ball valve with a maximum working pressure of 42 MPa (see Figure 2). This series of products meets the vital safety and security requirements when tankers and offshore drilling rigs burn.
For other combustible gases and liquids, MHA also introduced a special patented high pressure ball valve product line. These products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Fire-safe" requirements, and even when working under alternating pressure and high temperature, it is guaranteed that there will be no leakage of exhaust gas.
When sampling and analyzing products in the chemical industry, special requirements are placed on ball valves for safety protection and environmental protection.
