The total land area is approximately 60,540 square meters, the total construction area is 40,565 square meters, and the total floor area on the ground is 36,420 square meters. The total construction area of ​​the proposed hotel main body is 37,800 square meters, and the total construction area of ​​the courtyard guest room area is 2,765 square meters. It mainly constructs two main buildings (6 floors) and surrounding functional podiums (1st to 2nd floors). The construction includes: affiliation to the lobby and entrance, rooms, catering, conferences, etc. 150 parking spaces, and the greening rate is 29.23%. .
