Director Chen specifically analyzed the current status of auto parts enterprises. He pointed out that before the reform and opening up, most of the enterprises under the planned economic system were state-owned enterprises. Through reform and opening up, the current enterprises basically formed a diversified structure of capital. The parts industry is even more so. First of all, the layout is more reasonable. The domestic parts and components companies are mainly located in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, the Bohai Rim, Tianjin, and the northeastern regions. All of them are clusters of parts and components that surround the entire vehicle industry. Parts companies must adapt to the requirements of the vehicle manufacturers. The overall description of China's auto parts industry has basically got rid of the pattern of large numbers, small scales, and poor quality in the past. They have mastered the core technologies of some of the key components and products and have basically monopolized the market for OEMs.
After China's accession to the WTO, the assets of the auto parts industry have increased year by year. From the perspective of industry development trends, the auto parts industry has shifted to specialization. This is a case of multinational companies attracting capital. China's huge market potential and low labor force are attracting more and more multinational auto parts and components groups. In terms of industrial layout, China's parts and components industry has formed five major sections in the Bohai Rim region, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Pearl River Delta region, the Hubei region, and the central and western regions. As of the end of 2007, there are more than 8,000 vehicles in China. Component companies are also concentrated in these regions, among which Zhejiang Province has the largest number of companies with more than 1600 parts and components companies, accounting for about 20% of the total number of companies in the country. The top six companies in the number of enterprises are Zhejiang and Jiangsu, respectively. Shandong, Hubei, Shanghai and Guangdong accounted for 57.96% of the total number of enterprises in these six regions.

The strategic intentions of foreign acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions of sub-enterprises, especially auto parts leading companies are highlighted, and vehicle auto companies control the key zero. Parts have weak capabilities. Finding solutions to these problems is our future direction.
The development trend is the scale of production, internationalization of operations, advance development and simultaneous development. This is very important.
