The biomass straw pellet production line makes the biomss wood pellet with sawdust. 2. Raw material requirements:
More kinds of sawdust/Wood Chips Rice husk Groundnut-shell Maize/Jowar/Bajra Stalks Cobs Husk Paddy Sunflower Straw Stalks Cotton crop Stalk Wheat Straws Forestry wastes chemical waste solid powder materials and many other Agro wastes.
Moisture Content: 10~15%;     Material size: ≤ 5*5 mm.
3. Main process of Wood pellet line/plant:
1)Â Wood pellet production line can press 6.8.10 mm diameter biomass fuel pellet and fertilizer pellets ,such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic ect, such as fertilizer materials from animal manure ,plant waste etc . The length of final pellet can be adjusted.

2) This line contains Drying process, Pelletizing process, Cooling process, Screening pellet process and Packing process, low invest and high working efficiency.

3)Â Wood Pellet production line is mainly air conveying materials way, existing far less dust than belt conveyor or bucket elevator conveying way, saving much place and price, also existing less dust.

4)Â Pellet production line capacity is from smaller 500kg/h to bigger 10ton/h; hundreds of lines are installed in China and abroad, such as Bulgaria, France, Serbia, Sweden, Greece, Romania, Malaysia, Vietnam.
5)Â The key pellet machine integrates both Ring die pellet machine and Flat die pellet machine advantages, which can feed materials vertically and directly go to pelletizing room, also the biomass pellet machine has one two-- layer die inside, when die works, only bottom layer work .rollers moving, die stable, produce high pressure between rollers and die .when it works, the top layer will rebound splashed materials to bottom working place .making pressing pellets process distributed evenly.

6)Â The pellet machine contains Automatic lubrication oil systems, which can lubricate rollers, shaft, bearings and gears automatically, the pressure between rollers and die can be adjusted automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio.
