Corn starch syrup: corn starch syrup is an essential raw material in the modern food and drug production process. In the modern industrialization competition, in order to increase the productivity of automated production processes, a large amount of automated control equipment is applied to corn. Among starch processing, many process stages involve the detection of concentration and sugar content to achieve precise control of production.

Online control of finished sugar, sugar content during mixing and fermentation, and crystallized crystalline sugar are used to precisely control the quality of finished sugar. The 42% fructose-containing fructose syrup, which is usually produced enzymatically, is also called high fructose syrup. After further separation of glucose, fruit fructose with a fructose content of 90% was obtained. The fructose syrup with a mass fraction of 90% is then mixed with the fructose product with an appropriate amount of 42% fructose to obtain syrup with a fructose content of 55%. The industry claims that the above three high-fructose syrups are F-42 (HFC-S42), F-90 (HFC-S90) and F-55 (HFC-S55).

All three products are liquids, of which HFC-S42 contains 42% fructose, 52-55% glucose, 6-8% oligosaccharides, 71% solids content. HFC-S55 contains 55% fructose, 40% glucose, 4% oligosaccharides, and 77% solids content. HFC-S55 contains 90% of fructose, 8% of glucose, 1% of oligosaccharides, and 80% of solid content.
