On November 19th, 2016, CSSC Power held the signing ceremony for the first ship W5X35-B of the 11000DWT refined oil/chemical ship of Zhejiang Shenzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., declaring that the world's first commercial 5X35-B was successfully submitted in China Shipbuilding Power. . The host adopts the new design of WinGD, which has many advantages such as high level of electronic control automation, low fuel consumption, low maintenance cost and smokeless operation, and is favored by ship owners.
It is reported that the W5X35-B mainframe adopts the newly developed DENIS-UNIC system with high automation level and simple operation. The control room only needs a small LDU with remote control system to complete the control of the host, and saves space in the control room. The main engine adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, which can accurately control fuel injection, and the fuel consumption is 1-2g/kWh lower than that of the conventional main engine. In the environment of low carbon and environmental protection, it can save operating costs for the user; Maintenance and operation are simple, the simpler engine unit reduces maintenance requirements, and the overhaul interval can be as long as five years. Its reliability and durability ensure lower maintenance costs.
The mainframe order is the first WinGD model project independently undertaken by CSSC. At the same time, it is a newly developed model. The design is difficult and the supporting difficulty is more difficult. CSSC is well organized and follows the company's mature project management experience to identify key points and difficulties in the project. In order to submit the host on time, CSIC has overcome a series of difficulties, especially in product development, supplier selection, performance verification and so on. Despite the many difficulties encountered in the manufacturing process, it was solved with the efforts of CSSC Power and the support of all parties. The final host was successfully installed according to the original plan.
Due to the latest design, the host needs to perform the whole machine performance test. According to the scheduled time scheduled by WinGD, it takes at least three weeks, and there is also a large risk that the test process is not smooth. In order to deliver the host in time, CSIC Power communicated with WinGD in detail, making full use of all working hours and using the overtime hours to adjust the test time to two weeks. In this type of model test, the two sides worked closely together to lay the foundation for on-time submission. For the first time, the FAST-NOZZLE injector used on this model needs to be verified for function and fuel consumption. After the cooperation of both parties, the injector experiment is successful in one pass, ensuring that its function and efficiency are completely reliable.
In the mainframe manufacturing process, the WinGD manufacturing team, the quality control team, and the debugging team received strong support and assistance. After more than 8 months of hard work, CSSC completed the technical development, production, assembly and commissioning of the world's first commercial W5X35-B, and wrote a glorious chapter in the history of the manufacture of CSW low-speed machines.
