In the past, due to the control system of industrial air dryers, abnormalities such as non-heating or over-temperature often occurred, resulting in unqualified instrument dew point. As the on-site regulating instruments of each device are directly controlled by the instrument wind, the wind-quality requirements of the instrument are extremely stringent. Once the unqualified instrument wind, the safety production will be seriously affected. The factory investigated and demonstrated that it invested more than 200,000 yuan and introduced the S7-200 automatic control system manufactured by Siemens of Germany. This technology uses a new type of polymer sensor in the world. It is characterized by good stability, accurate tracking and monitoring, and it has reached the world advanced level.
At present, after the system is put into operation, it is actually observed that the operation effect is good. The operator can directly inspect the temperature of the dew point during the inspection and completely solve the major hidden danger of the wind quality of the instrument affecting the safety production.
