Ultrasonic cleaning:
Ultrasonic cleaning is a method based on high-frequency sound waves which when traveling into a solution, create oscillating high and low pressure and consequently, cause the rapid formation and imploding bubbles radiate tremendous amounts of ultrasonic energy and shock waves that penetrate into minute crevices to take off dirts or contaminants in a highly effective way.

What is Spray tank?
The high-pressure spray washer consists of an electronically controlled high-pressure pump reservoir. The high-pressure spray washer easy operate,  fast and high performance.


1. Spray tank:SUS304L high-grade stainless steel cleaning liquid storage tank,  high-pressure water pump, chemical pump, pipeline pump. Can work continuously for a long time, built-in safety heating system, adjustable temperature control system, safety and easy operation.
(1) Batch continuous automatic operation.
(2) Suitable for simple structure and tube product cleaning.
(3) Zinc-plated and stainless steel tanks can be used, with PU spray pipes inside, circulating channels. The whole machine is a fully enclosed structure made of stainless steel or (square-pass) skeleton welded. The upper part of the washing machine adopts a single-layer structure and is made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate with an insulating layer outside to reduce energy consumption.
The liquid tank adopts a single-layer structure and is made of SUS304 stainless steel 2.0mm thick stainless steel plate. The interior is divided into several areas with a partition plate to achieve the filtration of the cleaning solution, the deposition of iron filings, oil filtering, and oil separation; Water inlet, liquid outlet, overflow outlet. The bottom is inclined on both sides to the middle, and the cleaning liquid is discharged from the drain port at the bottom of the tank.

What is bubbling cleaing?

Customers will add second rinsing tank to achieve thorough cleaning result. The second rinsing tank don't fix transducers so it's cheap. So that's four-tank machine.

Optioanl for:
3RD Dryer tank: It has heater and hot-air circulation system. Usually one dryer tank take 8~10min to dry parts. The heated air generated by motor circulated to dry the parts. The heating temperature is adjustable(room temperature~300c). You can adjust temperature when drying plastic parts and usually not affected.
