A filter should be installed upstream of the flowmeter to replace the internal impeller of the turbine flowmeter. And it needs to be re-calibrated, because the repetitiveness of the turbine flowmeter generally cannot maintain the factory characteristics after six months.

3. The uneven distribution of flow rate and the presence of secondary flow in the pipe are important factors affecting the turbine. Therefore, it must be ensured that the straight pipe section before and after, upstream 20D, downstream 5D, in order to eliminate the secondary flow, should be installed rectifier.

4. Turbine has higher requirements for the cleanliness of the fluid. The addition of a filter in front of the flowmeter can ensure fluid cleanliness.

5, in order to ensure that the fluid is a single phase, if necessary, installed in the upstream of the flow meter gas trap, for easy gasification of the liquid, the flowmeter downstream should ensure a certain back pressure, the size of the back pressure can be taken at the maximum flow sensor 2 times the pressure plus 1.2 times the measured liquid vapor pressure at the highest temperature
