The first is the normal operation of the wrecker's hydraulic system. The operation of the hydraulic cylinder is balanced and uniform. If you find that the forward speed of the hydraulic cylinder is fast or slow, or there is irregular vibration, and when the instruction is given to the hydraulic cylinder, if the action is lagging or irregularly advancing, and the normal operation is performed, sudden squeaking or abnormal harsh sounds may be generated. It is considered to be the cause of hydraulic oil contamination.

The second is that the use of the wrecker was normal at the beginning, but after a long time after the oil pump started, the multi-way valve and the throttle were manipulated many times, and neither the hydraulic cylinder nor the motor operated. The inspection of the linkage mechanism of the multi-way valve and the hydraulic pump did not reveal any problems. Finally, the safety valve of the multi-way valve was disassembled, and the primary valve core of the safety valve was found to be of a spool type structure, which cannot be reset by the burr and the spring cannot overcome the clamping force. After the burr is removed, the safety valve is cleaned and cleaned. After the multi-way valve is installed, the hydraulic pump is started and the commutation work is normal.

Finally, for a wrecker that uses electromagnetic directional valves for multi-way valves, after a few years, the buttons of some actions need to be pressed secondarily to show that the hydraulic system has failed. If it is not handled in time, it may happen. There was no response from the press, indicating that the hydraulic cylinder was no longer working. The reason for this failure is due to the fact that the screws for installing the electromagnet are loose and the displacement of the solenoid valve core is changed, and the valve core fails to act, and the pressure oil cannot reach the hydraulic cylinder. Just tighten the screws and the fault can be eliminated.

Therefore, the breakdown of the wrecker's hydraulic system is inevitable. As long as we usually accumulate experience, it is very easy to handle these glitches.
