On the basis of mature electric commutation technology,we have developed overall hydraulic concrete pumps with excellent performance. This hydraulic system deletes PCL, constent pressure pump, accumulator and approach switch four parts that are extremely damageable parts in electronic commutation system. It greatly improves the reliability of the machine and makes sure it can work in any hard condition. Our various motor concrete pumps( diesel engine concrete pumps) mainly cover capacity from 30-120m³/h and pressure from 5-20Mpa.

Extend component life
overall hydraulic commutation system: the alternative commutation actions between pumping and S tube distribution doesn't involve electric signals. Little impact and noise occurs during the commutation, so the service lives of the hydraulic pump and valves are evidently lengthened.
Improve equipment reliability
Overall hydraulic system saves the intermediate process of the electric signals. In this way, the reliability of the whole equipment is greatly increased.
Reduce the failure rate
Full hydraulic commutation system adopts centralized valve plate, the hydraulic valves of main system are centralized in one valve plate. The number of cross-connected pipelines is reduced, the system gets more compact, at the same time the oil leaking possibility is decreased.
Reduce maintenance costs
Full hydraulic commutation system, deleting four parts extremely damageable in the electronic commutation system, reduces equipment maintenance costs.

Motor:We adopt the world-famous brands-Yantai motors and Beide motors of Siemens.
Diesel:We adopt original VOLVO ,DEUTZ and LOVOL diesel engines.
Main oil pump: the main oil pumps apply German HAWE, Rexroth series and Japanese Kawasaki series.
Radiator: the radiator is air-cooled type, enabling the machine to work under the allowable highest temperature.
Lubrication system: Centralized lubrication system adopts progressive distributor which supplies every lubrication point with oil in turn, and the oiling time can be set. So the oiling is accurate and the oil consumption can be saved.
Electric parts:main electric elements are from Schneider and LG company. The reliability of the electric control system is highly improved.
Hydraulic rubber hose joint: the hydraulic rubber hose joint is products of American Eaton, insuring the safety and no leakage of hydraulic system.
Seal parts: the seal components in big oil cylinder adopt the products of American Parker.
S tube: S tube valves are cast into shape with austenitic manganese steel, the quick wearing surface is welded with wear-resistant material, has the dual advantages of anti-high pressure and anti-wearing.
Glasses plates and cut loops: glasses plates and cut loops are made of anti-wearing horniness alloy, they have long service lives.
Concrete piston: the concrete pistons are precisely processed with imported material, having hydrolytic resistant, wear resistant and high temperature resistant characteristics.
