CNC wire cutting processing steps

Prepare for operation

(1) Turn on the power switch to allow the machine to run without load and observe its working condition.

(2) According to the requirements of the machine tool filling; Add or replace the working fluid, generally replaced every 10 to 15 days is appropriate; decide whether to replace the electrode wire.

(3) Adjust the wire rack and select the appropriate cutting span according to the thickness of the workpiece.

(4) The calibration wire is perpendicular to the fixture.

Steps

(1) boot.

(2) Workholding.

(3) Positioning. This step is only used when the workpiece has positioning requirements.

(4) programming and processing program sent to the console.

(5) Determine the pulse power supply parameters (When the need to adjust the parameters, must first turn off the high-frequency pulse output).

(6) Start the wire motor and start the working liquid pump.

(7) Place the control cabinet high-frequency pulses in the "ON" state.

(8) Hand-operate the handle of the table so that the wire is close to the workpiece until a spark occurs (this step must be omitted when a positioning operation has been performed).

(9) Press "Enter" to start the program execution and process it.

(10) After the end of processing, the working fluid pump motor should be turned off, and then the wire feeding motor should be turned off to check whether the X and Y coordinates reach the end point. Remove the workpiece and check the quality at the end; if the end has not been reached, check the program for any errors or if the console has malfunctioned.

Note: There are red emergency stop switches on the control box of the machine tool and the control panel of the control cabinet. If there is any unexpected situation during the work, pressing this switch can stop the machine during power off.
