·捷豹路虎中国召回进口极光

捷豹路虎中国昨天宣布，即日起主动召回在中国内地涉及的部分2014和2015年款进口路虎揽胜极光车辆共计36451辆。
　　捷豹路虎中国说，本次召回范围内的部分车辆，由于在某种使用情况下，可能会产生变速器故障灯亮，并出现换挡性能下降、变速箱噪音等问题。经过反复的技术认证，确认相关故障是由于变速器软件不匹配导致。捷豹路虎中国将为涉及范围内所有车辆进行免费检测并进行软件升级，以优化9速自动变速器的性能。
　　同时，为表示对中国消费者的歉意，捷豹路虎中国宣布：对所涉及车辆的9速变速器的保修期延长至7年或者24万公里(自车辆购买之日起，以先到者为准)。另外，在召回车辆免费软件升级完成后一年内，为涉及的车主赠送极光基础保养服务包两次。

　　路虎极光被曝途中熄火倒挡失灵
　　根据央视3·15晚会报道，路虎极光频遭消费者投诉的就是其引以为傲的9速变速器存在缺陷，频发途中熄火或倒挡失灵问题令车主深感不安。据了解，该缺陷无法经过升级软件、更换变速箱等手段解决。3月16日，路虎中国曾向消费者表示歉意。
